What does Absolute Prestige Cleaning do with the details I send?
Absolute Prestige Cleaning uses the name, phone number, email address and postcode you send only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your cleaning. We do not sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing, and you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold by emailing info@coventry-carpetcleaning.co.uk.

What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect only what we need in order to reply: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- To arrange, carry out and follow up on work you book with us
- To keep basic records of jobs completed, as any business must
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once you book work with us.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list off the back of a quote request, and we do not use your details for anything other than the enquiry you sent.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years, which is the period required for tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The only external content on the site is an embedded Google map on the contact page, which Google may use to set its own cookies when it loads. You can avoid that by not visiting the contact page.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email info@coventry-carpetcleaning.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are rate-limited and validated on the server, and enquiry data is transmitted directly to our own mailbox. No customer data is stored in a public location on this website.
